Setting Forms On a New Home

We were setting forms on this new home in Pecan Springs and grabbed a few shots for you to check out. Setting forms involves laying out the shape and height of the foundation – effectively creating a mold for what will become the concrete foundation of the home. Before you know it, it’ll be a complete house ready for its final home inspection. It’s an exciting step in the process as it means we’re getting close to starting to see the home take shape – literally right before our eyes.

The exciting part is getting to the completion stage on a new custom home – sometimes we don’t get photos before an owner moves in (sometimes they let us in after to take some photos), but we love watching them grow through all of the stages, from a simple tree-filled lot to the final finished custom home. (We get excited at all of these steps!)
